Before I ever became a health coach, I spent nearly 20 years in traditional healthcare as an ER nurse.

I saw firsthand how incredible that system can be in a crisis…
and how limited it can be when it comes to chronic conditions like PCOS, hormone imbalances, and weight struggles.

What I Believe

I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I don’t believe in restriction as a long-term solution.
And I definitely don’t believe your diagnosis is your identity.

What I do believe is this:

  • Your body is intelligent, not broken

  • Your symptoms are messages, not problems to silence

  • Healing happens when you create safety, not stress

  • Sustainable change comes from understanding, not control
